*Note: This is not my recipe. Some amazing man from Instagram came up with it and they call it the #beltsanderbrownie
- 1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein (I use Lean Body for Her)
- 2T unsweetened coco powder
- 1/2t baking powder
- 1/4 C milk
- Mix everything together very well--make sure to get out all the clumps and make sure all the powder is stirred well.
- Microwave in glass bowl or ramiken for 30 seconds...NO LONGER.
- Let cool for about, 1 minute...but good luck waiting...
