Not a fan of chocolate? (Seriously...?) Then try a vanilla base! This shake tastes like Banana Bread and is so tasty you will make it more than once, guaranteed!
Protein shakes are a great way to kick off your morning, giving you a ton of protein to fuel your body and healthy carbs to keep you satisfied!
What you need:
- 1 frozen banana (chopped into fours)
- 1/2 Milk (I use Vanilla soy)
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop Lean Body for Her Vanilla Whey
- 1/2 cup of ice
What to do:
- Add everything together in a blender and blend on high until banana is fully chopped and blended and it has a nice thick consistency
- Top with sliced banana and more cinnamon if you want!
