- 1/2 C MyOatmeal Peanut Butter oats
- 1/3 C Vanilla Greek yogurt (I highly suggest not using plain...)
- 1/3 C milk (any kind)
- 1/2 tbs Peanut butter
- 1/2 tbs Chai Seeds (optional but helps with volume)
- 1/2 sliced banana (optional)
Mix it all together in a mason jar or any jar will do, mix it well! Leave in fridge overnight at least 8 hours. Enjoy the next day! You usually eat it cold, I know it sounds strange...cold oatmeal?! But trust me...
If you don't like it cold though after trying it, you can heat it up in the microwave at 30 second intervals.
**There are SO many other variations you can do with Overnight Oats! You can add cinnamon/banana, brown sugar/banana/almonds, coco powder/chocolate chips, berries and other fruits, etc. Be creative :) This is just my favorite one!
