I love weekends. It usually means one of two things; sleeping in, and pancakes. And being the holidays, I'm really into pumpkin, so yes, these are pumpkin flavored, but you can make them any way you'd like! I used Kodiak Cake's Power Mix--Protein Packed! This is an awesome pancake/waffle mix, and they also have muffin mixes, oatmeal, granola, and syrups! This stack is filled with 14 g of protein, and only 2g of fat! You just add water! Except in this case I added pumpkin puree as well!
