I made this dish on a Friday night after work with my boyfriend. Of course we were drinking wine while cooking, but this was a pretty easy dish! It says to marinate the chicken for a good 30 minutes, but we actually marinated it over night! It was infused with balsamic vinegar and had a very tangy taste since it marinated so long, but we both like balsamic vinegar, so if you do too, then I suggest marinating over night or at least a few hours. I also would have added more honey, it calls for 3tbs but next time I might put in another one because it could have been a little sweeter to tame down the vinegar. Overall though, very flavorful and I will definitely make this again!
We made some brown rice and broccoli and poured the extra sauce over the rice :)

I LOVE chicken. Pretty much any type of chicken, besides BBQ...for some reason it's my least favorite. Which is defeating to my dad when he cooks it in the summer. Oh well! And since I also like eating healthy, almost every one of these dishes is healthy and full of flavor!
