I have always wanted to make stuffed bell peppers, and finally I got around to it! This dish was super easy and we had enough leftovers to make tacos the next day!
Serves 6-8 people
*We just used 2 whole bell peppers (2 halves for each of us) and like I said, we had a ton of the meat mixture leftover, but it makes great tacos!! Or just eat it plain! :)
What you need:
**We were very adventurous with our seasonings and actually just chose random seasonings from our pantry! Almost anything would work!

I LOVE chicken. Pretty much any type of chicken, besides BBQ...for some reason it's my least favorite. Which is defeating to my dad when he cooks it in the summer. Oh well! And since I also like eating healthy, almost every one of these dishes is healthy and full of flavor!
