Too bad there was a way to have it without the guilt...oh wait, there is! This is a simple, and delicious personal apple pie using the famous Quest Bars! I am obsessed with quest bars, and decided to try something different tonight, so I experimented with some other recipes and created my own twist on apple pie!
1 serving (without Ice cream)= 285 calories, 5g of fat, 35g sugar (20g from quest bar, honey/brown sugar) 15g Natural sugar (from apple)
(Now we all know I'm an ice cream addict, so it wouldn't be right of me to not top it with some vanilla ice cream!)
