So I'm not going to lie, I am pretty impressed with myself on this concoction! I named it "Suflait" because I couldn't figure out if it was a sundae or a parfait...! But this yummy brownie dish is only 300 calories and 9g of fat vs a regular brownie with over 16g of fat and 30g of sugar! It was really good and definitely satisfied my sweet tooth! I would eat it again in a minute! Don't be fooled by mixing the vanilla yogurt with peanut butter...I assure you, the minute you do, you will never eat plain yogurt again. This was very easy to make as well, using the infamous, Quest Nutrition Brownie Quest Bar!
