This is my own little creation! Once again my sweet tooth came out at night and I didn't feel like having my chocolate shake (see below). So I was rummaging through our freezer and found a little bit of vanilla ice cream left. You should know that I don't like plain old vanilla, so I thought of how I could spice this up. I looked around and saw we had ONE last banana left...then I had my "aha" moment.
What you need:
WHALA! :) So sinful, but so healthy. You can also use hot fudge if you want more of a "sundae" taste.
Although I am sure I am not the first person in the world to think of this genius idea...I'd still like to think I am so don't tell me otherwise :)
