This recipe is dedicated to my mom. It's her own "creation" and she makes it so well! Every Tuesday is "taco Tuesday" and this is what we have. I love Tuesdays! This recipe is so easy and so delicious. It's something you just need to make to understand. I've made it myself before, and yes it was tasty, but there's something about your mom's cooking that just makes it so much better!
