Alright, so I love pancakes. That's no secret to anyone who knows me. I am a huge fan of Black Bear Diner's Sweet Cream Pancakes and of course the infamous iHop pancakes! My boyfriend isn't a huge fan, but if you put a plate of pancakes in front of him, he will eat them. So this weekend I made some protein PUMPKIN pancakes! I mean, tis' the season!

I also added in some chocolate chips because let's be real, chocolate for breakfast is the best!
