So I guess this is the new "thing" for egg lovers! A sweet omlette and stuffed and topped with whatever your little heart desires! I decided to try it with peaches and cottage cheese because peaches are in season right now and so fresh! This entire meal is, wait for it, 180 calories!! Wait what?! Crazy! So this is more of a snack than a meal! Super easy to make so enjoy! (And a special thanks to my friend Hana for showing me this!)
