I tried this out before a hike with my friend Heather and my boyfriend. They weren't too bad actually, a little grainy/thick but I coated it with fresh fruit and sugar free syrup to give it more moisture in the bites. Both Heather and my boyfriend ate them all..so I guess it was a success! (Or they were just being nice and ate them to make me feel better.....?)
Eating healthy takes commitment, it's a lifestyle.
I love food, that's a given...but I also love to eat healthy. I try to workout three times a week, and eat a lot of protein. These are some snacks, meals, and desserts that are healthy, but also very good! Eating healthy doesn't have to be plain and boring!
