So what do the three B's stand for you ask? Banana. Black. Beans. Yes...there are bananas and black beans in this brownie recipe and I know that seems oddly strange, but I promise you cannot taste the beans at all! They just give the color and texture! There is a slight banana taste there, so if you don't like bananas, this might not be your favorite.

All I really did to modify this was adding Nuts N' More powdered protein and omitting the cookie dough layer. (Unfortunately I didn't have some of those ingredients).

Easter was coming up, and my boyfriend and I were going to his sister's for breakfast Easter Sunday, so I decided to make some muffins. I had some old bananas, and usually I make Banana Oatmeal cookies, but I decided to do something different this time!
This muffin recipe is so easy, and the muffins are SUPER moist. You and your guests will think you slaved away all day in the kitchen!
Tis' the season!! I haven't used my cake pop maker in a really long time and knew the holidays would be the perfect time to use it again! This year for my family Christmas party I made chocolate cake pops dipped in milk chocolate peppermint and then dunked in some Christmas peppermint sprinkles! Pretty easy to make, it's just a long process. But luckily my boyfriend helped me with the chocolate dipping part!
Oh and if you have leftover chocolate like us, dunk some Oreo's in them, or bananas! YUM!

The reason some of my cake pops are white is because at first we just used a leftover Hershey's White Chocolate Peppermint candy bar and once that was done we combined the milk chocolate and Andes together (hence the darker cake pops).

Alright, this is a winner right here. I know it looks like a banana filled with poop, but it tastes AH-MAZING (and isn't poop!) When I was a Girl Scout, one of our favorite bonfire treats were banana boats. After awhile, we got over the whole "let's roast marshmallows and stick it between some chocolate and crackers". So my mom did some research and found these bad boys. This is a different type of banana boat those, its healthier and filled with protein! And I promise you, it will satisfy any chocolate lover's sweet tooth.

For Father's Day I wanted to make something homemade for my dad. He pretty much loves every kind of dessert so I knew he would like a lemon flavored one! Little did I know they would be a huge hit with everyone and my family and the kids devoured them! They were so good that I have to make more for the week! They were very gooey and chewy and full of lemon flavor!
- 1 box Lemon cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter (soft)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coconut (optional: I did not use it)
1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a 9x9 baking pan with foul and spray with cooking spray
2. Mix butter with a mixer until smooth
3. Mix in cake mix and egg, beat until combined
4. Press 2/3 of the cake mixture in the bottom of the pan, sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the top and drizzle the condensed milk over the top
5. Use the remaining cake mixture to cover/crumble over the top (press lightly)!
6. Bake 30 minutes!
7. Cool completely and refrigerate for 30 minutes before cutting
Just like peanut butter goes with jelly, it also goes great with nutella! Just ask my mom! Her weakness is combining a spoonful of peanut butter, with a spoonful of nutella and eating it together! I guess it tastes like a Reese's Peanut butter cup...I tell her to just buy the candy, but she insists this is better. Anyways! This cookie was definitely a hit with my mom...her two favorite things combined in a cookie?! Yup.
Leave the title to your own guesses...but I couldn't bear to change the name. This was a college favorite of mine! I personally have never made it, I have helped, but all of the credit goes to my good friend, Tiffany. We were roommates for about a year, and she loves to cook and bake just as much as I do. So when I found this recipe on Pinterest and emailed it to her right away...she said "let's make it!" and how could I not agree? It's time consuming, that's for sure, but I promise you it is worth EVERY bite. This is by far my favorite. The first time she made it, her and I just sat there eating straight from the bowl. It is so addicting. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! The second time she made it, I had a little bit too much wine and knocked half my glass all over it...but trust me, that didn't stop us from eating it. Within 2 days this whole tub is gone, just between the two of us! Not only do I miss her, but I miss this dessert...and her MAKING it! :)
What you need:
Chocolate Pudding (2 large boxes)
Cool Whip (large container)
Heath Candy Bars (4 regular sized bars)
1. Prepare brownies according to directions on box. Any box or recipe will work, I usually bake mine in a 11″x 17″ jelly roll pan so that they bake nice and thin and get even a little crispy. For this recipe you want them fully cooked, or even slightly over-baked. Once you layer all the other ingredients it will get mushy fast if your brownies are already soft and gooey.
2. Once the brownies are baked and cooled, cut up into small, bite-sized pieces.
3. Prepare (instant) chocolate pudding according to directions. There should be two (large) boxes of pudding in the photo. If you want to fill a trifle dish you’ll need two (large) boxes.
4. Crush the Heath candy bars into small, bite-sized pieces.
5. Now you’re ready to layer…
Spoon about a third of your pudding into a trifle dish.
Add a layer of brownie pieces.
Sprinkle around some of the crushed Heath.
Drizzle on some caramel sauce.
Top with about half of the cool whip.
Keep in the refrigerator until just ready to serve. This should not be assembled more than about an hour or two before it will be served, or the brownies and candy will get too soft, and it will just be one big bowl of mush (still yummy, but not quite as nice to eat).
My parents love to have dinner parties (okay well mostly my dad), and this is always the perfect time for me to test out my Pinterest dishes! So I decided to give this one a shot. Now first off, once again that picture is deceiving. I deleted my picture because it wasn't good enough to keep. But mine were half that size...I don't know what I did wrong, but they were much thinner that that! BUT they were still very good! Everyone loved them and some people had seconds. I would definitely make these again. We also served it with some french vanilla ice cream :)
I made this for my college graduation! I love chocolate chips and bananas and peanut butter. So when I found this recipe I was in love. I made it into cupcakes though because with a large group, it was just easier to do. They were a HUGE hit! Not one single cupcake was left after...which I was a little dissapointed because I wanted more! But the homemade peanut butter frosting is definitely what made this all worth it. You'll be licking your fingers clean!

When I first saw this recipe I was hooked..I mean come on, look at that picture!! Well...don't let the picture fool you...yes they still tasted good, but by no means did they look that pretty. Ask my mom. She helped me. It was a tedious preparation, mainly the "forming the cream cheese and Oreo crumbs together" part...and my fingers and hands looked so gross after! Anyways...my mom and I have always battled with melting chocolate, but we finally got it down. Although our Oreo balls were covered in chocolate..they just didn't look as pretty as the picture (do they ever?) But they were still very good and perfect size to just pop in your mouth!
If you can make these and get a picture like this one, I will switch out this picture and use yours! Good luck!
Makes approximately 4 dozen truffles
1. Set aside 5 Oreos and throw the rest in a food processor until they are finely crumbled
2. Thoroughly mix cookie crumbs with cream cheese.
3. Form crumb-and-cream-cheese mixture into balls, approximately 1-inch across each (but don't worry too much about being exact here. They will come out delicious no matter the size!) and place onto a cookie sheet that has previously been lined with wax paper.
4. For best results, pop the formed mixture into the fridge for at least 15 minutes to chill while you complete the next step. If you really don't have the time, the truffles will still taste delicious (so don't worry!), but they will be more difficult to handle and some of the coating with mix with the filling.
5. Melt the chocolate. (I don't recommend microwave. Use a double broiler if you can. Or do what my mom and I do--we boil hot water on the stove and put a glass bowl on top of the pot and throw the chocolate chunks into the bowl and it melts!)
6. Remove pot from heat.
7. Coat previously formed balls with chocolate and return to the lined cookie sheet.
8. Throw the remaining 5 cookies into the food processor.
9. Sprinkle some of those crumbs on top of the (still wet) truffles. (I didn't do this part because my chocolate was already dry)
10. Refrigerate for one hour.

Desserts and I are like peanut butter and jelly, salt and pepper, bacon and eggs....we just go so well together. And if you know, you know my "go-to" night time dessert is ice-cream.
